Disappointing Room Conditions Impacted My Stay

moldy room smelly towels

I was pretty frustrated. The room really wasn't up to par. There was mold. A significant gap in the door let in mosquitos. And lizards also got in. The spa was also disappointing. The massage therapists lacked bath towels, did not have slippers, and used towels that smelled unpleasant. Plus, their nails scratched my skin during the massage. This.

great breakfast beautiful pool clean room helpful staff

the breakfast was great with various options. the POOL overlooking the jungle was fine. my room was big and clean with robes and slippers. also, the staff helped find a driver at short notice to visit some waterfalls.

the sound proofing was limited, i could hear noises from nearby rooms at times.

beautiful view friendly staff

the pool had a beautiful view. the room was always clean and it had a lovely view too. all the staff were friendly and helpful during my time there. the service was good, too.

the room seemed a bit wet, it was also dated. i dont think it was worth its price. the room would be great with some improvements done.
